There are three ways to get a personalized board:

1. You can design your board yourself using the online configurator. You can access this on the product pages by clicking the "CUSTOMIZE YOURSELF WITH THE CONFIGURATOR" button, or by going directly to the configurator page page.
2. You use our design service. Simply select your sport and board size. The DESIGN SERVICE is automatically added to your shopping cart. With the order confirmation you will receive a link to our design form. There you can express your wishes, enter texts and upload logos. We will then coordinate the design of your board with you via WhatsApp or other communication media until you are 100% satisfied.
3. You order one of our ready-made designs. We have "PRE-DESIGNED BOARDS" for handball, basketball and ice hockey in our store. You can enter your desired text in the text field and the board goes straight into production.

No. Technically, your payment process is completed. But your board will not go into production until you are 100% satisfied with your design. Only when you give your "Go!" does your order become binding. Until then, both parties can cancel the purchase. You would get your money back in full. So far, however, this has never happened once with hundreds of boards. And we are very proud of that. We explain this in detail in 4 simple steps on the "Guarantee" page.

First you have to place an order with us. In the order you specify things like the type of sport and board size. Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation with a link to our order form. There you can specify things like colors, texts, floor types (for indoor sports) and upload logos. Alternatively, if the order form is not enough for you, you can simply send us all the information and requests for your board by email to info@mytactics.de by e-mail.

The first drafts will then follow, to which you can make adjustments and corrections at any time if necessary. The entire coordination of the drafts takes place either by email, Signal, WhatsApp or other messenger.

First of all, ideas on how it should look. If you would like to have club logos or sponsor logos on the board, it is important that you send them to us ideally as AI, SVG, EPS or PDF files in vector quality. PNG files in higher resolution (at least 300dpi) also work.

We often receive so-called bitmap files that have been saved as PDFs. Unfortunately, this is not sufficient and would lead to poor reproduction in print.

Unfortunately not! We have invested a lot of money, know-how and sweat in our myTACTICS boards. We are proud to produce the best tactics boards on the market and want to show this to the outside world! After all, you can't buy branded shoes or jeans without the corresponding labels.

The production of your individual tactic boards is a highly manual process. Each tactic board is unique and is made by hand for you here in Germany. After the design has been jointly agreed, the boards are printed and then cut, glued, the edge protection applied, assembled and dispatched.

As a rule of thumb, you should have your board in your hands approx. 14 days after print approval. Sometimes it is quicker, sometimes it can take a little longer.
