ANSWER QUESTIONS

Every order for a tactic board can be cancelled 100% free of charge until production release!

STEP 1:

In the shop, you choose either your sport or "custom board" from the templates.

STEP 2:

​

You choose the size and number of boards and add any accessories to the shopping cart.

STEP 3:

​

You complete the purchase and we start the design process with you (WhatsApp, Signal or email). Your right to cancel the entire order only expires when you are 100% satisfied with your design and give us the go-ahead for production. Until then, you can cancel everything free of charge at any time without giving any reason. We promise!

STEP 4:

​

After your print approval, the production process starts and about 10-14 days later you will receive your board!
